Chicken Rolls with Rice from Spain

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Chicken
  • 8 slices Smoked bacon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 0,5 tsp Hot pepper
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 4 Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 4 cups Meatsoup
  • 2 tbsp Grated hard cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation.

  • Remove the skin and bones from the meat and cut into 8 equal parts. Season the meat with salt, pepper and a little paprika. Place each piece of meat in a slice of bacon and roll up. Cut the onions into slices. Cut into tomatoes, scald and peel off the skin.

  • Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the meat rolls for about 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, onion slices and knofi to the meat and cook for 1 minute. Dust with the remaining paprika.

  • Put rice in the pan and pour on the hot meat stock. Let everything stew for 20 minutes with the lid closed and low heat. Arrange and sprinkle with the cheese.
  • Of course, you can also buy 2 chicken breast fillets and 2 knuckle pods and save yourself some work.
