Chicken Legs with Mixed Dried Fruits

The perfect chicken legs with mixed dried fruits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pcs. Chicken legs
  • 1 Pcs. Onion
  • 1 Spices such as salt, pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper
  • 250 g Dried and chopped fruit mix
  • 250 ml Red wine
  • 1 Oil
  • 1 Butter
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  1. Season the chicken thighs and fry in oil. Remove from the pan and place in a buttered casserole dish.
  2. Chop the onion and fry the chicken legs in the oil. Later add the fruit mix and sauté with it. Season and deglaze the whole thing with the red wine and vegetable stock and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Finally, pour the onion and fruit mix sauce over the chicken legs and cook covered for about 45 minutes at 175 degrees.
  4. Serves with rice and a green salad.
