Chicken Legs with Potatoes from Tray

- 4 Pc. Chicken leg
- 8 Pc. Shallots
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Sweet paprika
- 800 g Waxy potatoes
- Mix the olive oil with salt, pepper and paprika to a marinade. Wash potatoes (e.g. “La Ratte”) clean and cut in half with their peel. Peel and quarter shallots. Spread the chicken legs with the potatoes and shallots on a tray. Brush everything well with the marinade.
- Cook the chicken legs on shelf level 2 in the “Fan grilling” program at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
- A whole, quartered chicken can be used instead of 4 chicken legs. Can be supplemented with tomato quarters, garlic cloves and sprigs of rosemary.
