Chicken Legs with Potatoes from Tray

  • 8 Pc. Shallots
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika
  • 800 g Waxy potatoes
  1. Mix the olive oil with salt, pepper and paprika to a marinade. Wash potatoes (e.g. “La Ratte”) clean and cut in half with their peel. Peel and quarter shallots. Spread the chicken legs with the potatoes and shallots on a tray. Brush everything well with the marinade.
