Side Dish: Mashed Potatoes and Fennel with Chicken Legs
The perfect side dish: mashed potatoes and fennel with chicken legs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 medium sized New potatoes
- 1 handful Fennel green
- 20 g Butter
- 20 g Milk
- Salt
- Peel, wash, quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water. Then drain and add the butter in small flakes.
- Mash the potatoes well, I don’t mix the potatoes as there is a risk that the pulp or mash will then become sticky. Now stir in the fennel greens, which have been washed, dried and cut beforehand. Serve with a serving ring.
