Garlic Thyme Potatoes with Chicken Legs

The perfect garlic thyme potatoes with chicken legs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 g Potatoes
  • 8 Chicken legs
  • 10 Garlic cloves unpeeled
  • Fresh thyme
  • Sweet paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices about 5 mm thick. Put the slices in a bowl. Pour both oils over it. Season with salt and pepper and add the thyme. Mix in the unpeeled garlic cloves (courage yourself).
  2. Season the chicken legs vigorously with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Place the chickens in an oven dish. Spread the potatoes with the garlic between the chicken legs and around them. Then at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes in the oven.
