Garlic Thyme Potatoes with Chicken Legs

- 700 g Potatoes
- 8 Chicken legs
- 10 Garlic cloves unpeeled
- Fresh thyme
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices about 5 mm thick. Put the slices in a bowl. Pour both oils over it. Season with salt and pepper and add the thyme. Mix in the unpeeled garlic cloves (courage yourself).
- Season the chicken legs vigorously with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Place the chickens in an oven dish. Spread the potatoes with the garlic between the chicken legs and around them. Then at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes in the oven.
