Chicken Legs with Zucchini

- 4 Branches Rosemary
- 0,5 Organic lemon
- 1 Garlic bulb
- 3 Red Onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 medium sized Zucchini
- 450 g Tomatoes
- 3 Chicken legs
- 1 Glass Poultry stock
- Wash the rosemary, wash the lemon with hot water, rub dry and cut into pieces.
- 2 Remove the garlic cloves from the tuber, peel and roughly chop, mix with the rosemary and lemon pieces, season with salt and pepper — set aside
- Peel the onions and cut into wedges, wash the zucchini, rub dry, halve lengthways and cut into 2 cm thick slices
