Quick, easy, delicious and easy to vary

Cook the noodles in salted water. Briefly cook the peas in salted water. Cut the turkey or chicken cutlets into bite-sized pieces and fry in a large, high-sided pan or in a wok. Add the soy sauce to the pan and reduce slightly. Then stir in the noodles and peas. Add the cream (or heavy cream), as desired. Simmer briefly until the dish reaches the desired consistency; 3-5 minutes is sufficient. This recipe is incredibly versatile. Instead of the peas, you can also use a cauliflower, broccoli, and carrot mixture, or add peppers, zucchini, or mushrooms.
