Ingredients
To insert:
- 250 ml Buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 Egg
- 2 turns Salt and pepper from the mill
- 2 cups Pankopanier flour
- Rapeseed oil
- Put in about 100ml of butter miclh!
- 1 Cup Flour
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast and cut into small pieces. Depending on how big the nuggets should be.
- Whisk the buttermilk, Worchester sauce, soy sauce, paprika powder, salt, lime juice and egg together. Place the chicken pieces in it for approx. 30 (ideally 2 hours)! THEN BECOMES SUPER TENDER !!!
Preheat the oven to 50 degrees!
- Put a little buttermilk in a bowl with egg, set up a bowl with flour and a bowl of pankopanier flour!
- Now turn the chicken first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs! Press firmly!
- Heat the oil in a pan and gradually fry the chicken nuggets in the pan until they are golden brown! Keep the finished particles warm in the oven!
- 6 ADDED TO THAT ROAST RICE WITH EGG AND CHILI SAUCE!
