Chicken Nuggets super Crispy

The perfect chicken nuggets super crispy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

To insert:

  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp Worchester sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 turns Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 2 cups Pankopanier flour
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Put in about 100ml of butter miclh!
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Cut the chicken breast and cut into small pieces. Depending on how big the nuggets should be.
  2. Whisk the buttermilk, Worchester sauce, soy sauce, paprika powder, salt, lime juice and egg together. Place the chicken pieces in it for approx. 30 (ideally 2 hours)! THEN BECOMES SUPER TENDER !!!

Preheat the oven to 50 degrees!

  1. Put a little buttermilk in a bowl with egg, set up a bowl with flour and a bowl of pankopanier flour!
  2. Now turn the chicken first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs! Press firmly!
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and gradually fry the chicken nuggets in the pan until they are golden brown! Keep the finished particles warm in the oven!
  4. 6 ADDED TO THAT ROAST RICE WITH EGG AND CHILI SAUCE!
