Chicken Nuggets with Tomato and Blueberry Sauce

The perfect chicken nuggets with tomato and blueberry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the sauce:

  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Mini cucumber
  • 100 ml Lumpy toams
  • 580 g Blueberries from the jar
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Light sauce thickener
  • 1 pinch each of salt and pizza seasoning
  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Rinse and slice the cucumber.
  3. For the sauce, put the chunky tomatoes with blueberries together with the liquid and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Scatter the sauce thickener and simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pizza seasoning.
  4. Arrange the chicken nuggets with the sauce and the cucumber slices. The sauce can be served warm or cold.
  5. French fries taste good with them.
