Chicken Nuggets with Tomato and Blueberry Sauce

For the sauce:
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 Mini cucumber
- 100 ml Lumpy toams
- 580 g Blueberries from the jar
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Light sauce thickener
- 1 pinch each of salt and pizza seasoning
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Rinse and slice the cucumber.
- For the sauce, put the chunky tomatoes with blueberries together with the liquid and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Scatter the sauce thickener and simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pizza seasoning.
- Arrange the chicken nuggets with the sauce and the cucumber slices. The sauce can be served warm or cold.
- French fries taste good with them.
