Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 turkey schnitzel
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 peppers (fresh, cut into rings)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Curry, Thai
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • chili
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 100 ml broth
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the meat. Wash and dice the zucchini. Finely chop the peppers. Finely dice the garlic and onion. Heat the oil in a pan. Sear the meat and onion until crisp. Add the zucchini, garlic, and peppers and cook gently for about 5 minutes. Mix the coconut milk, stock, and wine; deglaze the pan with the contents. Season. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Peel the banana and cut it in half. Add it. Serve with rice.
