Ingredients
 

  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 1 piece Tomatoes
  • 2 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Paprika
  • 1 piece Apple
  • Oil
  • 1 shot Beer
  • Chicken seasoning
  • 4 piece Chicken legs

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potato and cut into small pieces. 1-2 tomatoes quarter, peel and quarter 2 onions, peel and dice 1 apple, cut 1 pepper into strips. Put all of this in a fire-proof dish, then put the chicken thighs on top. Mix the oil, chicken seasoning and a sip of beer and brush the thighs well. Then place the chickens in the oven at 200 degrees. From time to time take the chickens out and brush them with the oil. Duration approx. 1 hour with fresh thighs.
