Dessert: Fruit Salad

The perfect dessert: fruit salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Fresh mango
  • 0,5 piece Pineapple fresh
  • 1 piece Kiwi fresh
  • 1 piece Pear fresh
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 1 piece Persimmon fresh
  • 1 handful Blueberries – frozen stock from summer
  • 1 handful Currants, red – frozen stock from summer
  • 1 handful Currants, white – frozen stock from summer
  • 3 tablespoon Agave syrup
  • 200 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 200 g Almond brittle
  1. Peel the fruit, remove the core if necessary and dice. Mix with agave syrup in a large bowl and let it steep for about three hours.
  2. Serve with semi-firm whipped cream and almond brittle.
