Dessert: Fruit Salad
The perfect dessert: fruit salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Fresh mango
- 0,5 piece Pineapple fresh
- 1 piece Kiwi fresh
- 1 piece Pear fresh
- 1 piece Orange
- 1 piece Persimmon fresh
- 1 handful Blueberries – frozen stock from summer
- 1 handful Currants, red – frozen stock from summer
- 1 handful Currants, white – frozen stock from summer
- 3 tablespoon Agave syrup
- 200 ml Cream 30% fat
- 200 g Almond brittle
- Peel the fruit, remove the core if necessary and dice. Mix with agave syrup in a large bowl and let it steep for about three hours.
- Serve with semi-firm whipped cream and almond brittle.
