Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 250 ml Cream substitute from Rama 7% fat
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Rose paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup Rice

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the onion + bell pepper into strips. First cut the chicken breast fillet lengthways, then crosswise into strips.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sear the meat and season with salt. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
  • In the same pan, sauté the vegetables in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat, after 2-3 minutes season vigorously with paprika and add a dash of water and the cream substitute. Simmer for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly more paprika powder.
  • Put the meat back in the pan and heat it up briefly. Serve immediately with the rice.
