Quick Chicken Paprika
The perfect quick chicken paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The chicken – without getting dry
- 500 g Chicken breast
- 250 g Sour cream
- 750 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 tbsp Oil
Spaetzle – quick and easy
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 500 ml Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250 g Flour
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
- Put the oil in the pan and heat it up,
- Then add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper and sear them.
- Pour in the broth and steam until soft.
- When the meat is soft, switch off the plate and stir in the paprika powder and sour cream. Thicken with starch if necessary.
Spaetzle made quickly
- Put salt water on and bring to the boil.
- Mix all ingredients (milk, egg, flour, salt, pepper) in a bowl. The dough should drip from the spoon, tough.
