Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Salt
  • clove pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicken breast into small strips and fry. Cook the pasta until al dente. Combine the egg with the cream and the finely chopped garlic, season with Provençal herbs, salt, and pepper. Alternate the pasta and chicken in a baking dish, then spread the topping over the pasta. Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
