Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp margarine for the mold
  • 400 g spirelli, cooked
  • 430 g potato dumplings, cooked, sliced
  • 75 g smoked bacon
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 Vienna sausages
  • 1 large chicken thigh, cooked
  • 8 small cocktail tomatoes
  • 280 ml chicken broth
  • a little salt and pepper
  • 300 g butter cheese
  • 150 g cheese (pepper cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Grease a baking dish with margarine. Add the pasta and dumplings, cut the bacon, sausage, and spring onions into small pieces, and add them to the dish. Remove the meat from the chicken drumsticks, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the dish. Halve the tomatoes and add them. Mix everything together, pour over the chicken stock, and season with a little salt and pepper. Grate both cheeses and sprinkle them on top. Bake the casserole at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
