Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets, pre-cooked
- 2 potatoes, boiled
- 150 ml yogurt
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of caraway powder
- ½ piece(s) pepper, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the chicken breast and mash the potatoes. Mix with yogurt, parsley, and caraway powder, and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the peppers and mix in. Serve as a dip or spread.
