Chicken rolls:

  • 200 g Bacon slices
  • 200 g Oil

Tomato cream:

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 2 fresh Bay leaves
  • 2 fresh Fresh oregano
  • 2 fresh Rosemary fresh
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 150 ml Riesling dry
  • 150 ml Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 150 ml Garlic pepper from my KB

  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 150 g Grated Emmental
  • Finely chopped parsley

Chicken rolls:

  1. Peel the onions, cut in half and cut the bacon into fine cubes. Fry in a pan without oil and cool!

  2. Season with seasoning salt, garlic pepper, pepper, sugar, vinegar and fenugreek! Spread the sauce on the prepared chicken rolls and sprinkle with cheese! Bake in the preheated for approx. 25 minutes!
  3. Sprinkle the roulades with parsley! Serve! There was also pasta and salad!
