Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1 soup chicken, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 200 g sour cherries, pitted

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Cut approximately 600g of chicken into appetizing pieces. Mix everything together, season, and let it sit for 24 hours. This also works with pineapple or peaches.
