Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 sausages, cocktail sausages – Ready-made product from the jar
  • 15 grapes, green (or blue)
  • 75 g cheese, Emmental, in a piece
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 10 slice(s) cucumber(s)
  • 1 thin spring onion(s)
  • Salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cocktail sausage, cheese, and grape skewers with tomato and cucumber slices and spring onions

Cut the lower part of the leek lengthwise and cut into thin rolls. Cut the cheese into 15 small triangles. Place a sausage, a grape, and a piece of cheese on each toothpick and place on a larger plate. Alternate cucumber and tomato slices next to each slice, season well, sprinkle the rolls on top, and you’re ready to eat. If you prefer, heat the sausages briefly in hot water beforehand—I liked them cold, too.
