Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 400 ml light coconut milk
- 400 ml broth
- 3 spring onions
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- e.g. coriander

Wash the meat, pat dry, and cut into chunks. Slice the spring onions into rings, the mushrooms into thin slices, and the chili peppers into fine rings. Bring the coconut milk and broth to a boil in a saucepan. Add all the chopped ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with soy sauce and garnish with coriander, to taste.
