Ingredients

for the ahaaaaa effect

  • 8 piece Roughly sliced carrots
  • 1 piece Celery bulbs roughly diced
  • 2 Rods Freshly sliced leek
  • 5 Stems Parsley
  • 1 piece White onion (sweetness) chopped
  • 1 piece Freshly ground pepper and salt
  • 1 piece Bay leaf fresh
  • 1 piece Lovage fresh
  • 1 piece Pimento
  • 150 g Bulgur
  • 150 g Freshly squeezed lemon
  • Food vegetable powder

Instructions

  • After you have rinsed and cleaned the soup chicken with hot water, place it on the stove with 5 liters of water and let it boil for 45 minutes on its own. During this time, you can comfortably cut the vegetables - harvest the herbs, squeeze the lemon and, when the pre-cooking time is up, take the chicken out of the pot and cut it up. Now the first thing to do is add the spices to the broth - just keep cooking.
  • Now add all the prepared ingredients (except the lemon or the juice and the chicken) to the chicken broth and cook the "chicken soup" again for 15 minutes on the highest heat. Then the bulgur is added. Cook on the highest setting for another 10 minutes. Finally, add the chicken to the resulting chicken soup.
  • Then add the bulgur if you like it. Cook on the highest setting for another 10 minutes. Now you have a lot of possibilities to serve the soup - you can see how you can from the pictures.
  • Pure only the chicken soup rounded off with the bulgur and lemon juice.
  • or magically in a glass e.g. for the little soup grudges.
  • I use my food vegetable powder for this. You can make the recipe here in my KB under the LINK >>>> food powder (also for coloring pasta) yourself >>>>>
