Chicken Strips from Wok

The perfect chicken strips from wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 Carrots, cut into small pieces
  • 1 small Fennel bulb, crushed
  • 250 g Halved brown mushrooms
  • 1 bunch Spring onions, cut into rings
  • 2 Red Peppers, diced
  • 200 g Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 10 g Ginger, chopped
  • 1 Red Chilli pepper, finely chopped
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1 bottle Chili sauce
  • 4 tbsp Sesame oil
  • Salt pepper
  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and mix with the soy sauce and garlic to marinate.
  2. Let it soak in the refrigerator for a while.
  3. 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok and stir-fry the marinated meat for about 5 minutes, remove from the wok and keep warm.
  4. Then heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok and sweat the ginger, chilli and spring onions while stirring, then add the remaining vegetables.
  5. Add the wine and chili sauce.
  6. Fry the vegetables over medium heat, stirring constantly, until they are still bite.
  7. Finally, put the meat back in the wok and mix with the vegetables.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly a pinch of sugar.
  9. Basmati rice goes well as a side dish
