Chicken Strips from Wok
The perfect chicken strips from wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 Carrots, cut into small pieces
- 1 small Fennel bulb, crushed
- 250 g Halved brown mushrooms
- 1 bunch Spring onions, cut into rings
- 2 Red Peppers, diced
- 200 g Broccoli, cut into florets
- 10 g Ginger, chopped
- 1 Red Chilli pepper, finely chopped
- 100 ml White wine
- 1 bottle Chili sauce
- 4 tbsp Sesame oil
- Salt pepper
- Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and mix with the soy sauce and garlic to marinate.
- Let it soak in the refrigerator for a while.
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok and stir-fry the marinated meat for about 5 minutes, remove from the wok and keep warm.
- Then heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok and sweat the ginger, chilli and spring onions while stirring, then add the remaining vegetables.
- Add the wine and chili sauce.
- Fry the vegetables over medium heat, stirring constantly, until they are still bite.
- Finally, put the meat back in the wok and mix with the vegetables.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly a pinch of sugar.
- Basmati rice goes well as a side dish
