Chicken Strips in WOK

The perfect chicken strips in wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Fresh chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 1 tsp Yellow curry paste
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Red peppers
  • Bamboo shoots canned
  • Mung bean sprouts
  • Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 200 ml Chicken stock
  • Basmati rice
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Cut the carrots and peppers into sticks. Heat the peanut oil in the WOK and fry the chicken in it. Season with curry paste and sambal olek. Brown the carrots and bamboo shoots with it. Pour in the chicken stock and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the peppers and the mung bean sprouts and let steep for another 5 minutes
  2. In the meantime, cook the rice and arrange on plates. Good Appetite!!
