Chicken Strips with Peppers from Wok

- 400 g Chicken breast
- 2 Paprika
- 200 g Mung bean sprouts
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- Chinese spice
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Chilli from the mill
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- Ginger seasoning
- Oil
- Cut the chicken breast into strips and stir-fry in the wok. Take out and season with salt and pepper from the mill.
- Core, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Clean the garlic and cut into small cubes. Drain the mung bean sprouts.
- Now sauté the spring onions and garlic briefly in the wok. Add paprika and cook for 3 minutes while stirring. Now add the mung bean sprouts and season with salt, pepper, Chinese spices, ginger, brown sugar and soy sauce.
- Now stir in the chicken strips and add the vegetable stock. Let the chicken get hot and season again to taste. Basmati rice goes well with this. Good Appetite.
