Chicken Strips with Peppers from Wok

The perfect chicken strips with peppers from wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 2 Paprika
  • 200 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • Chinese spice
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • Ginger seasoning
  • Oil
  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and stir-fry in the wok. Take out and season with salt and pepper from the mill.
  2. Core, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Clean the garlic and cut into small cubes. Drain the mung bean sprouts.
  3. Now sauté the spring onions and garlic briefly in the wok. Add paprika and cook for 3 minutes while stirring. Now add the mung bean sprouts and season with salt, pepper, Chinese spices, ginger, brown sugar and soy sauce.
  4. Now stir in the chicken strips and add the vegetable stock. Let the chicken get hot and season again to taste. Basmati rice goes well with this. Good Appetite.
