Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g chicken strips
- 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 300 ml broth
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- e.g. paprika powder
- e.g. olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Heat the olive oil in a deep pan. Season the meat on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika and sear in the olive oil. Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. After about 5 minutes, stirring regularly, press in the garlic and fry it briefly. Add the ajvar and pour in the broth. Stir in the cream cheese and let it simmer a little longer until it forms a creamy sauce. Serve with rice.
