Chicken Strips with Chanterelles and Potatoes

  • 4 Chicken breast fillets
  • 300 g Fresh chanterelles
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry
  • Hot paprika powder
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 2 Red chili peppers
  • Oil
  1. Mix the chicken breast fillets in an oil, pepper and curry and leave to marinate for 5 minutes. Remove the chicken breast fillets from the marinade and cut into strips. Finely dice the onions. In the meantime, clean the chanterelles and, depending on their size, quarter or leave them whole. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
  1. 2 Put the pans on the stove and let the oil heat up in both pans. Heat the onion in one pan and sweat the chanterelles in it. Boil the potatoes in salted water as usual and fry the chicken breast strips in the other pan for a total of 5 minutes and serve.
