Ingredients
- 4 Chicken fillets
- 2 Cans Coconut milk
- 300 g Fresh mushrooms
- 2 Fresh onions
- 0,5 Paprika
- 3 Clove of garlic
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Mustard, maybe some ketchup
- Rice, pasta, etc.
Instructions
- The chicken fillet is cut into slices and fried in a little oil for about 5 minutes. You can season it to taste with salt and pepper.
- Dice the onions and garlic, cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the mushrooms are also cut into slices. The whole thing is now added to the seared fillet strips. Let it simmer and stir in the mustard and ketchup so that it is seared a little.
- Then everything is extinguished with coconut milk and has to simmer a little more until the sauce is nice and creamy.
- Then, depending on your taste, you can stir in pasta, or you can eat the dish with wild rice, for example.
