Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g chicken fillet(s) or turkey schnitzel
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 250 g mushrooms
- 100g bacon
- 40 g butter
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 3 tsp cranberries, from the jar
- some cayenne pepper
- some pepper
- 1 tsp broth (vegetable or granulated)

Add butter to the pan and fry the bacon strips. Cut the chicken into strips, add them, and sear. Clean and chop the mushrooms and spring onions. Add the spring onions, then the mushrooms to the meat, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes. Deglaze with cream, add the Vegeta or broth, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and season with mustard, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and add the cranberries. Salt isn’t necessary, as the Vegeta or broth already contains enough salt. Croquettes or similar dishes are delicious with this dish. It doesn’t take much time and simply tastes “different” and very spicy.
