Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp herb cream cheese, reduced fat
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 5 gherkins
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick, low-fat, low-calorie and really tasty!!!

Dice the chicken breast, onions, garlic, and gherkins. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sear the chicken. Once the meat has browned, add the onions and garlic, season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sear for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with 250 ml vegetable stock, add the herb cream cheese, mustard, and diced gherkins, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. If you want more sauce, you can use a little more vegetable stock; just remember to add more cream cheese and mustard if necessary. Serve with rice.
