Chicken Strudel
The perfect chicken strudel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Chicken strips
- 50 g Raw ham
- 1 Pc. Spring onion with the green
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 2 Bl. Strudel dough approx. 60 gr.
- 25 g Liquid butter
- 1 tbsp Almonds in pens
- Cut the raw ham into strips. Cut the spring onion into rings. Mix both with the chicken and season well. Min. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Unfold the dough, place a sheet on a kitchen towel and brush with the melted butter. Cover with the second sheet and butter this too.
- Spread the chicken mixture on the underside of the batter. Leave an edge of approx. 2 cm at the side and fold it in. Lift up the kitchen towel a little and roll up the strudel loosely.
- Place the strudel on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with butter and sprinkle with a few almond sticks.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
