Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken legs
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp mustard
- Water for the mold

very easy preparation
Fill an ovenproof dish with a little water (don’t cover the bottom completely). Rinse the chicken thighs with water and place them in the dish. In a small cup, mix the honey and mustard together and brush the chicken thighs with it. Place the dish in the oven preheated to approximately 200°C. Bake for a total of 60 minutes. I turn the thighs over every 20 minutes and brush them again with the honey-mustard mixture. This gives them a very dark, caramelized crust.
