Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 480 g rice, cooked
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 280 g pineapple pieces from the can
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tbsp oil

very quick to finish, easy in summer
Rinse the chicken breast fillet under cold water and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and brown the chicken. Add the pineapple pieces to the heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little pineapple juice. Fold in the rice, stirring occasionally, until the rice is hot. Season with salt and curry powder.
