Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 chicken legs
- 5 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp vegetable broth (Vegeta)
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- pepper
- Salt
- chives
- Maggi
- 100 g margarine or butter
- ½ jar water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Place the mustard in a small bowl. Mix the vegetable powder, Maggi, and paprika powder with the mustard. Cover the paste with pepper and stir again. Cover the paste with salt and stir again. Finally, sprinkle a pinch of chives over the paste and stir one last time. Then coat the chicken with the paste. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the margarine and water around the chicken. Place in the preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes, return to the oven for another 10 minutes at 180°C-200°C. This depends on how cooked the chicken is. The marinade also goes well with any grilled meat.
