Chicken Vinaigrette

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 large apple, peeled, diced
  • 1 onion(s), peeled, diced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coarse mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white)
  • some crème fraîche
  • some water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remove any fat and membrane from the chicken breasts, wash them, and fry them in a little clarified butter or oil until lightly browned on both sides (about 5 minutes). Remove from the pan and set aside. Then sauté the onion and apple in the pan. Season with honey, mustard, and vinegar, and add a little water. Add the salted and peppered chicken breasts and simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Finally, drizzle with a little crème fraîche and serve with rice. Serve with a nice mixed salad! Enjoy!
