Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp honey

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Brush the chicken wings all over with sesame oil and soy sauce. Set aside for 2-3 hours to intensify the flavor. Therefore, I recommend marinating the chicken wings in the morning so you can quickly prepare them for lunch. Then preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet, brush with honey (but not too much), and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the desired brownness. Serve with baked potatoes and a vegetable salad.
