Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts, marinated in soy sauce
- 750 g beans, fresh green
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chili peppers
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cup(s) couscous, cooked
- 6 leaves mint, fresh
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Sauté the crushed garlic in olive oil. Wash and finely chop the chilies, then add them to the oil. Fry the beans over low heat until soft and golden brown (approx. 15-20 minutes). Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and fry them in the butter until very dark. Once the beans and chicken have cooled, arrange a lettuce leaf on the plate, top with couscous, then place the beans and chicken on top. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with mint leaves.
