Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 can/n bamboo slices
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillets and vegetables into small pieces. Add the meat and oil to a wok or large frying pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the vegetables to the meat in the wok or frying pan. Fry for another 5-10 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the honey with the soy sauce and sambal oelek and add after about 5 minutes. Add the sesame seeds and serve with cooked rice.
