Chicken with Parmesan crust

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 70 g breadcrumbs
  • 20 g Parmesan
  • 30 g butter, liquid
  • 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh, finely chopped
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 ports. Chicken breast fillet(s) approx. 200 g each
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Mix the breadcrumbs with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, thyme, and pepper. Place the chicken breast fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread the breadcrumb mixture over the meat. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are crispy and golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges and a green salad.
