Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 servings of boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 120 g cream cheese (Philadelphia Light with basil)
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill it with Philadelphia cheese. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of ham. Grease an ovenproof dish and place the wrapped chicken breasts in it. Then place the dish in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through (juices will run clear when pierced with a fork or skewer). Serve with vegetables, mashed potatoes, or croquettes.
