Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 small chicken wings
- 2 dl white wine
- 1 tsp, heaped chicken broth, instant
- n. B. Oil for frying
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 2 bananas, sliced
- salt and pepper

simple but delicious
Briefly fry the chicken wings on both sides in oil and place in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add 2 dl of white wine, the pineapple juice, and the pineapple chunks, along with a heaped teaspoon of chicken stock. Cover and simmer in the oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes. Add more white wine if desired. Add the bananas 5-10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. This goes very well with rice.
