pasta salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (linguine) or spaghetti
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks, thin
  • 6 tbsp Maggi
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp white wine vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Break the linguine into pieces and cook al dente. Finely chop the leek. Chop the ham into small pieces. Mix everything with the 6 tablespoons of oil, 6 tablespoons of vinegar, and 6 tablespoons of Maggi and let it sit for about an hour before serving. The specified amount of Maggi sounds like a lot, and I’m not usually a big fan of this kind of seasoning, but the salad tastes delicious. Just be brave and give it a try.
