Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 2 Tomatoes
- 50 g Feta
- 1 Onion
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- 3 Toes Garlic
- Rosemary fresh
- Basil
- Honey liquid
Instructions
- Wash and dice the chicken, then place in a bowl. A good shot of soy sauce and olive oil with it. Add honey and then season to see whether it tastes spicy.
- Chop the garlic and add the rosemary and basil. Let it stand for a good half an hour.
- Cut the onion into small cubes. Let the pan get hot, fry the chicken and onion. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and feta into cubes.
- Add tomatoes to the chicken, toss briefly and distribute on plates. Put the feta on top and stir.
- Side dish can be freely chosen. I did it with couscous.
