Chicken with Tomato and Feta

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Chicken
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 50 g Feta
  • 1 Onion
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • 3 Toes Garlic
  • Rosemary fresh
  • Basil
  • Honey liquid

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dice the chicken, then place in a bowl. A good shot of soy sauce and olive oil with it. Add honey and then season to see whether it tastes spicy.
  • Chop the garlic and add the rosemary and basil. Let it stand for a good half an hour.
  • Cut the onion into small cubes. Let the pan get hot, fry the chicken and onion. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and feta into cubes.
  • Add tomatoes to the chicken, toss briefly and distribute on plates. Put the feta on top and stir.
  • Side dish can be freely chosen. I did it with couscous.
