Chicken with zucchini topping and gnocchi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 75 g cheese, grated
  • 500 g gnocchi, fresh
  • salt water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 stalks of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the fillets and pat dry. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Heat the oil. Fry the fillets for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Season and remove. Fry the zucchini and season. Place the fillets on a baking sheet, arrange the zucchini on top, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a hot oven (top/bottom heat: 200°C, fan: 175°C, gas mark 3) for about 5 minutes. Cook the gnocchi in salted water for about 1 minute. Drain and toss in hot butter. Pick and chop the parsley leaves and sprinkle over the gnocchi. Season. Serve with the fillets.
