Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp potato starch
  • e.g. vegetables, sliced ​​(e.g. peppers, sugar snap peas, leeks,…)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 4 tortillas

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

sweet/spicy

Cut the chicken breast into strips and marinate in a bowl with the mango chutney, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and potato starch for half an hour. Chop the onions and vegetables. Heat the tortillas at 100°C (212°F) for about 5 minutes (preferably covered). Heat the oil in a pan and brown the marinated meat. Then brown the vegetables with the onions. Finally, briefly add the meat back in. Fill the warm tortillas with the chicken and vegetables and wrap them up. The chicken and vegetables also taste great with rice.
