Chickpea brownie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some vanilla flavor
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50 g margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Drain the chickpeas in a sieve and then puree them. Add all the other ingredients and mix to form a batter. Pour the batter into muffin cups. It’s best to use silicone cups to prevent the moist muffins from sticking to the paper. Bake in an unheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
