  • 1 can chickpeas, cooked
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 5 tubers of beetroot from the jar
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 6 tomatoes, dried
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • cumin
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Chop all ingredients and mix in a bowl. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and cumin.
