Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can chickpeas, cooked
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 5 tubers of beetroot from the jar
- ½ bunch parsley
- 6 tomatoes, dried
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- cumin
- 1 shot of vinegar
- 1 dash of olive oil
