Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spirelli or similar)
- salt water
- 100 g peas from the can
- 200 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 150 g pineapple pieces
- 2 spring onions, cut into thin rings
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- salt and pepper
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Asian-inspired with curry and pineapple
Cook the noodles in salted water. Briefly fry the curry powder in the oil. Add the mushrooms and spring onions and sauté. Mix these vegetables, along with the peas and pineapple, into the noodles. Season and let them simmer for a while.
