Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 25 g oil
  • 250 g onion(s)
  • 250 g sausage (Mettwurst)
  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 liter of water
  • some salt
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the coarsely chopped onions in the fat. Slice the sausage and add it. Add the pasta, tomato paste, water, stock cube, and seasoning. Bring everything to a boil and let it swell. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes (depending on the type of pasta). Sprinkle with parsley for garnish.
