Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-large chicory
- ½ m.-large iceberg lettuce
- 1 apple, e.g. Elstar
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp, heaped sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp argan oil, roasted
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (cherry vinegar)
- Salt
- white pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with pine nuts and sesame
Chop the chicory, iceberg lettuce, and apple into small pieces. Toast the pine nuts first, then the sesame seeds without oil. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Let stand for about 5 minutes.
